Call was a 30 minute chat that started 10 minutes late, the recruiter did not read my resume, CV, or cover letter before chatting and seemed confused by which job I applied for. Still felt positive and was told she would follow up later that week with next steps for technical and panel interview. I followed up immediately after, don't hear anything for a week so follow up again, still don't hear anything. 2 more weeks and I get a 'generic' reject that literally said your 'experience and skills are a match for this role however we are not moving forward as we are looking for someone with experience in this role'...This was a role I have been doing for nearly 10 years at a larger similar company. I reached out again asking for clarification and feedback and have been ghosted ever since.
