Not the best interview process in my opinion. Based on my experience they kept reaching out for an interview and I finally relented. Based on the interview, I felt they weren’t all that knowledgeable about how marketing works to begin with and the recruiter wasn’t aptly prepared to answer my questions about their marketing process as well. They gave me an offer far lower than what I was currently making, which again threw me off. Not sure why they pose the question if they are going to come in well below market.
