I had the best experience with this company! I always felt supported and that the entire recruiting team had my best interest in mind. My recruiter called me or emailed me to prep me before each round and made sure that I knew what to expect beforehand.
The first interview was a quick 30 min call with a recruiter. The second round was another 30 min call with a manager. The first two rounds were very standard interviews and questions.
The third round was Verkada's version of a super day. It is 3 consecutive 30-minute zoom interviews (90 mins total). Each round is with a new person, mostly managers in different sales departments. The three interviewers asked pretty similar and routine questions (mostly behavioral).
After the third round, I had a final 30-minute zoom interview with the training program director. He asked me a few questions but then gave me the majority of the time to ask questions.
Overall, I felt like this process allowed me to get a good feel for the company's culture. All the people I spoke with were extremely nice and professional.

It was a great interview process, received from first round to find al (3rd round) under 3 weeks. The team is supportive and wants you to grow. They want coachable individuals trying to break into tech sales.
