The recruiter scheduled a call and never confirmed. Ended up calling minutes late so I wasn’t sure if she was going to call at all since she also didn’t confirm. Told me in an email she wanted to discuss different recruiting positions but only discussed one and barely gave detail about the role. Opened the floor for any questions at the end but was only able to ask one and she ended the conversation.

Very well structured, fast, and candidate experience is top notch. The team is highly organized and skilled, it’s clear in the interview process. Overall, best recruiting experience I’ve experience so far!

I applied online on the website. I was then sent a calendar invite for an initial call interview. 5 minutes before the interview, I get an email stating that the interview is canceled and they need me to resend my resume. I then email the recruiter but I didn't hear back or get a rescheduled meeting. It's very unprofessional when we take time off for these interviews and get ghosted.

Entrevista
The interview process at Verkada was amazing! I got a tour of the office in the beginning and my favorite part were all the snacks! :) I had such a warm welcome and each person I interviewed with on the panel made me feel very comfortable. Normally when I'm in interviews I get nervous so this was a nice change for me. I walked out of my interview feeling grateful I had such a positive experience.
