A recruiter reached out to me to schedule a screening call. This was followed by a call with a manager from the sales team and finally 3 back to back interviews with managers. This included a sales presentation on prospecting a hypothetical territory. The next week I heard they decided not to move forward and their policy is not to give feedback. The whole process took two weeks. My recruiter was very helpful in preparing me for the interviews and what was to come.

Very efficient and rapid interview process.
Step 1 - Screening call with HR
Step 2 - Call with Sales Manager
Step 3 - Call with Sales Operations to run through previous performance metrics
Step 4 (final) - In person interview at their office. Consists of a culture fit meeting and a mock discovery call with a prospect
Although I didn't get the offer, Jasmin from the HR team was very efficient and helpful throughout the whole process. She gave a very strong first impression of Verkada from the go.

The initial recruiter did a great job at selling the interview process and awesomeness of the people I would be speaking with. ...They all seemed to be busy with their minds up prior to the meeting. I understand it is a competitive position but it felt like an audition where the director already made up his mind
basic interview questions - had to drive down to do an interview with multiple people, it essentially took a day, just to not get the job. Felt like we could have done it remote.
