Entrevista
I applied online and got an email the next day telling me to submit 5 videos to them answering questions about IT. I then got a call and was flown out to NJ to interview in person on their "Super Day". It was a great experience.

I was contacted by a recruiter who asked for an updated resume detailing technical skills and experience that wasn't in the job description. I sent the updated resume and they set-up a phone interview with the hiring manager. I was sent the hiring manager's name and LinkedIn prior to the interview so I could prepare. The job description mostly contained phrases and skills that appear in many other job descriptions, so I looked forward to discussing with the hiring manager the role. But that didn't happen.
The phone call came in, but this wasn't the hiring manager. He delegated the phone screening to a lower level employee in his group who didn't have that much experience in the field. No one told me this ahead of time, I though the phone call was a wrong number at first. He was in another state so he wasn't familiar with anything that goes on here locally that pertains to the specific job I was being interviewed for. He continued to tell me that Verizon was a great company, but he didn't discuss any details about the job. There were no technical questions which surprised me.
I did my best to get a sense of what the job was really about and what role they wanted for me, but he only talked about parts of the business they don't care about in the area he works in, and no specifics of what this job was really about. He complained that he had 20 people to phone screen for this position.
I felt the entire experience was unprofessional and lacked any sort of management vision on what the purpose of their area actually is which is perhaps why the interviewer had no technical or specific work skills questions for me.
Based on this interview I don't know how anyone could seriously decide who to hire when they had no real important projects or tasks that needed to be performed, and lacked any sort of objective.
After this experience I lost interview in a job with Verizon.

One phone screen, then an on-site was schedule one or two weeks later.
First on-site interviewed with the direct reports and peers.
Second round with the Hiring Manager.
The whole interview process seems secretly as you are not even allowed to see the working environment and the team.
