Interview process was pretty straightforward. They tend to bypass a lot of the fluff and want to see how you act as a member of a team and what you are going to do when you are in a tough situation regarding numbers and meeting “quota.”

Assessment online followed by a recruiter calling me to schedule a phone interview, next day interviewed over the phone passed to the next step which was a face to face with General manager next step was a face to face with another guy I think he was a gm as well now waiting on a reply I think I got the job tho
First time it was with a recruiter via phone, then I interviewed with the store manager via video call. A couple days later they sent me an offer, then a background check, then I was cleared to start

phone call interview, panel interview, in person interview, it was very lengthy process, and they all asked the same questions just for one role. takes about one or two months before the hiring process is complete. Fairly okay interview though.
