Two interviews. One with the recruiter then a 2 hour interview with hiring manager. The interview was calm, the manager asked questions from already prepared template. The questions included personal, professional and future fit for the position.

Completed three interview rounds, including a session with the full team. The process felt perfectly balanced—highly professional yet refreshingly informal. I really appreciated the transparent culture and welcoming team dynamic. Although, a little old school.

Asked about salary expectations and Why do I want to be a PM. Started with a recruiter reaching out, then held a call with the Hiring Manager/ Director of the org, followed by a meeting with 4 engineers & PM on the call. Final round was ~1 hours long.
