Me postulé a través de una facultad o universidad. El proceso tomó 2 meses. Acudí a una entrevista en Verizon (Chandler, AZ) en feb 2015
Entrevista
Applied through university website and got a response that they will reach out to me once they figure out basically who they want to interview. I got a call 2 weeks after to schedule a phone interview with an HR person- phone screening had 3 behavioral questions.
I got invited after 2 weeks to do an in person interview with two people- one with no helpful information for me, and the other one with a list of outdated interview questions (she told me that the questions were from 5 years ago!). Got another phone call from a recruiter after a week or two (at this point I've lost interest because of their weird process).
I asked one of the interviewers how I can be successful in the position and her answer was "Fake it till you make it" <3

I attended the interview at my college campus. Three rounds interview was conducted. It was average interview experience. After each round an immediate mail was sent to the candidate stating about the result. The candidates who passed were able to proceed to the next round.
Virtual Teams meeting to see if you're a fit (personality-wise); not many questions. We talked about my resume and hobbies, and then I got asked 2 questions, 1 technical and 1 situational

Only one stage. Spoke with recruiter, got hired on the spot at a conference. Was told by other interns they only had one phone interview. You don’t talk to the hiring manager until after you are hired and they match you with a team
