The interview process included video interview questions and a cognitive assessment. The videos interview questions are straightforward behavioral and situational questions and you have enough time to think about your responses.

The video interview had ten questions total. It was a video interview where you get two chances to record your response. There were also general workplace behavior questions. The overall process went well.

Describe the last time you asked for critical feedback. Describe the skills, qualifications, projects, etc that would help you succeed in this role. Tell me about a time you experienced a conflict while working in a team. Tell me about a time you were in an unfamiliar situation and what you did to resolve it.
