Verizon Wireless is very selective about who they choose to hire. The hiring process can take some time. You apply online and then if they select you it can be a series of phone interviews. HR handles the initial contact and interviews. The interview questions are a personality profile test

Normal procedure is an initial interview with two managers from the location your applying to. Then if you get a follow up it is normally with the district manager.
