I applied online December 9th and recieved a phone call from a recruiter a few days later. I passed the 30 minute interview and was passed to the store. I had one panel-style interview with (3) people and then one final the very next day with the DM. It's Christmas time and the day after (today, of course!) I recieved another call from the recruiter with an offer contingent on the background and drug test. My start date will be January 8th if everything goes through. This process was very smooth and I found the interviews to be easy -- although I had been in sales before so that most likely played a role. I was prepared on my interviews, I did a thorough check on Verizon to be sure it was where I wanted to be and I was happy to ask questions of my own! Be yourself! Show them your personality and show them you are EXCITED to be a part of their team!

The interview lasted about 45 minutes, and the questions were based on my knowledge of the brand, technology in general, behavioral styles, also what if scenarios and her views of the culture

Entrevista
I applied online and passed the online assessment, I then did a video interview and after had to wait a while until I was contacted for a job offer. The interview consisted of STAR scenario questions which were all fairly easy. Once I got the offer they started the background check which took 8 days to clear.

Entrevista
There were three parts to my hiring process. 1. The recruiter called me and asked me questions. 2. I spoke to the Assistant Manager. They asked me standard questions and we role-played a standard sale. 3. I did an in-person interview with the General Manager. We also did a role-play as well. BE PREPARED FOR THAT.
