Applied online, Had a call from an HR. She asked me questions about me and why I wanted to join Verizon, Also questions about multiple scenarios that could happen in a store. In general it was easy question if you have experience in sales It will be a piece of cake. After that Got an Interview with the manager of the store. Another call from HR, and another one, and then I received an offer. Overall was easy, quick and good`

Entrevista
The interview was conducted virtually. It was for the customer service position. Mostly I was questioned about how I would handle various scenarios, for assisting clients. I was asked some real world examples and asked to handle them.

Lengthy and the paperwork is extremely confusing to fill out and submit. Thank you. But other than that really nice people. They hire through a 3rd party called Rose International…. Very helpful people
Unprofessional interview, and unfair. Being bilingual and many years of customer service experience they decided to pass due to many years of experience. The interviewer also looked unorganized and was bias.
