Pretty standard process, phone interview, video interview and finally an in-person. The in-person interview was approximately 2 hrs long and I got to meet different department heads I will be working with. The level of transparency I received from my hiring manager was refreshing and showed me how much he values culture. The vision he has for the team was clear and concise.
