STAR format-Must provide your answer to the interview question in Situation, Task, Action, and Result format. There will be multiple STAR questions so make sure you are prepared. If you are not familiar with a situational interview format you can use the internet to get more information.
Recruiter reaches out and later with a manager you do roleplay scenarios. This was a week or two before speaking to an actual manager. They get to know you some more.
Easy and straight foward. This review was requested by glassdoor. I have no much to say about the interview process. Beside this i had great experience and learns a lot.
Make sure you’re well dressed and prepared they like that don’t forget seriously and go look up questions to be prepared. The more prepared you look the more you stand out from the rest of people
