I was hired on as a CSR in nov 2004 but when I transfered into an RSR position it was very simple. A 1 hour phone interview was all it took and I found out with in 2 weeks.
The process was simple, Apply online and then called for an Interview. I had to follow up and then got called for final interview to discuss next three months and salary.
To the point. I could tell they had a lot of interviewees. Got back to me right away. Asked me standard questions. Salary was sufficient. The interview lasted 20 minutes or so.
Easy phone interview and was hired. It was really more like a conversation than an interview. Very friendly and easy. Seems like they are hiring a lot of people. Would recommend
