How do you hire someone for a sales position through a telephone screening interview. Maybe why VzW has such crappy customer service staff in their stores.

The interviewer was friendly and relatable. I instantly felt comfortable in the call. They were honest and transparent about the process as well which I appreciated a lot. They were open about pay structures and earning capacity
