It was for a co-op. The first step was a video interview where you can record your answers to general questions and submit them. They got back to me a day later to set up a phone interview. Haven't taken the phone interview yet

Short term/long term goals, why verizon, what innovation means to you, how did you cope up with different ideas while working in a team
Two technical round interview. 80% scenario based questions. HR discussion will be started once technical interviews get completed. HR will explain the process and package details. Once they received all the documents, they will release the offer letter if the candidate is fine with the offer.
Over all a good experience not tough great but there should be proper communication from starting stages. Got better offer from another company so didn't accepted this offer. Interview process is difficult
