Even though the salary range posted was on the low end, I applied for the role and received an interview request with the recruiter within a few weeks along with some questions to answer via email. I was then set up for a panel interview with HR, sales and and SVP. This went well and I felt the panel was very engaged and it flowed as a conversation. I was moved to the final round with an RVP and unfortunately she was not nearly as engaged. I felt she was distracted and was just going through the motions. Just like with any interview it comes down to the personality match between you and the hiring manager - if you are this far in the process you clearly have the skills. Most questions were straight forward - related to leadership, how you partner with sales and operational improvement related. I would give kudos to the process moving along and communication on status was very quick. However although the recruiter did mention the travel requirement, it was not mentioned the role is hybrid in addition to this and multiple office days a week are required.
