Was contacted by a recruiter regarding the position and set up a phone call to discuss. The recruiter had taken the time to review my previous experience and ask specific questions about each previous job, which really meant a lot to me!
After that I met with the hiring manager. Our conversation (both with the recruiter and manager) were casual and more of an informal interview to get to know me. It was a great experience!
