I thought I had a positive experience, however after all the interview stages I never heard from them, did not even receive a feedback or an email with the reason.
I've been contacted by the recruiter via LinkedIn and sounded like I matched all the necessary skills for the role and market. She fixed next interview with the managers and I've been asked,with certain urgency, to go for face to face interview and the middle of the day as this is so easy for a working person. Nevertheless I've managed to take the half day off and drove to their Dublin office. Afterwards I received the feedback that the interview went well and the next step would be the language one, also everything went perfectly well. They told that I'll hear from them within a week, supposedly with the job offer. Well never heard from them since, been waiting for months.
Unfortunately I can list this experience as a positive one and after all the time and effort at least a feedback was expected.

The interview process is a 3 to 4-step path consisting of multi-level and panel interviews along with a PowerPoint presentation. Several supervisors participate and you will be expected to demonstrate sales experience.

Entrevista
I went through 3 interviews over several weeks. The first was with HR, the second and third with a panel of managers and team leads. The 3rd was a full blown sales pitch. Once you pass the 3rd round you are required to have a 4th interview with HR leadership for a personality assesement and the 5th interview is with the VP. They love to waste people's time. Historically, at Veritas then Symantec then veritas again; they lay off people every year. Among the people that survived the layoffs, some jumped ship to bigger and better things. The people that remained became managers and directors by default even though they are not qualified.
