It was a face to face interview, friendly manager and colleagues, which made the process go well and smooth. We then went on training to Solihull in Birmingham for three days.

Was nice and friendly interview and I did not feel pressured or put on the spot. Was more like a casual conversation with one of the managers in this office.

Trained by Andy Lacey and it was a very interesting and informative process. Learned how good the verisure system is. Very welcoming atmosphere, answer any questions I could ask and provided answers to questions I couldn’t think to ask. Would recommend.
