      Me postulé a través de una agencia de empleos. El proceso tomó 1 semana. Acudí a una entrevista en Verint en ago 2023

      Entrevista

      - via a recruitment agency , phone call with a recruitment consultant . - An interview was scheduled with a VP, HR ( within a week ) .Received Teams call invite from interviewer ( VP, HR ) Professional and speedy manner . Interview : ( interview was conducted in local language except for one question at the beginning of the interview ) In terms of my experience and CV, I am always open and I have no issue to share a few things : changes in my personal circumstances , which explain some gaps on my CV., e.g. Personal choice to accompany partner on international assignments.. interestingly, I was asked “ do you have children “, neither did I nor the interviewer mention family life .it’s a simple yet direct question. I was surprised as “ children “ is not related to skills, knowledge, competency, and it should not be not part of the interview questions .understood interviewer/ company ‘ s perspective, they might have doubts or try to understand if my family or partner status would impact on my job move/ choice . I replied with a smile “ having children is not part of the plan in my life, I don’t have children “ There is another interesting question , I was asked “ your major ‘s not HR “ it’s true ( bachelor and master degree) but I graduated for 2 decades , HR experience is over 10 years .. The interviewer also asked if I didn’t put all work experience on CV deliberately … I said “ work experience on CV up to about 10 -12 years ,relevant and not too lengthy . I am always happy to answer provide any further information. I sent a thank you email to the interviewer though I am not interested in the role / company after the interview .
