Submitted an application and was contacted by a recruiter to schedule the first interview, which was with the HM. Was bounced around across a few different recruiters for scheduling, which added some confusion as I was sent conflicting info through the process.
Then, went through the next round of 4-45minute virtual interviews. The information that the recruiter shared to prepare for the interviews was very helpful. All interviewers were engaged and attentive. Received strong feedback after the HM interview and the subsequent interviews, but then received a canned rejection email notification a few days later. Did not receive any further feedback after the rejection notice.

Me postulé a través de una recomendación de un empleado. Acudí a una entrevista en Verily en abr 2021

I was an internal referral and applied to Verily Life Sciences (South San Francisco, CA) . The recruiter got back to me within a few days to set up a virtual interview. The interview lasted about 45 minutes. I received a decision via email the same day as my interview.
I have no complaints about how the company handled the interview process. The company was responsive, prompt, and eager to help. The recruiters checked-in and made themselves available to ensure the process was as seamless as possible.
My issue was with my interviewer. My interviewer forgot to introduce himself. I had to ask him for his name and he only provided an official introduction about 10 minutes later, after the first two interview questions were asked. I'm not sure if it's because I look very young but he spoke to me in a very condescending tone for the entirety of the interview. He would include phrases like "you must not have understood me", or "you clearly missed this point".
In the end, I asked a very standard question about the company culture and he had nothing but negative things to say. The interviewer stated that employees are overworked to the point where they break, and that management does not show appreciation to their employees. Yikes.
I was very impressed with the company itself and still am, however I don't know if I'd ever want to work here if their employees display such poor attitude and commentary.
