I Would highly recommend to avoid this company if your looking for a career you want to last, the interview process is awful and has put me off searching for a while now. After 5+ stages and having to kept chase up different people in the company to get information on meeting times, feedback and general questions I can assure you this is a company with zero structure. Please look passed how fancy the website looks because it’s all a facade. After going through a number of interview meetings + role plays and presentations I was then left ghosted with no feedback. Surely a “growing company” has the confidence to at least send out a small email to say sorry you haven’t been picked. Terrible communication and I am definitely disappointed

Initial interview started on time but you could tell the recruiter was more focused on something else the entire time. Would advise showing the candidate more attention for a more comfortable experience.
