I was asked very little. My questions took up thirty minutes, whilst the interview itself didn't last over twenty! Never have I felt an organisation has treated me with such contempt. I spent over three weeks preparing for my interview, as I had hoped to work for Veran for over two years. I could not have been more prepared, and actually prepared a 16 page dossier on my suitability for the role... However, this was not needed. When I offered such documentation I was told 'don't worry, it's fine'. I was told I would hear back within a week and as of today it has been three weeks and still am yet to hear why I was nt a suitable candidate. The Word test (blog post) and Excel test (data processing) were very simple. However, on the documentation I was told I had twenty minutes, only to be informed after fourteen minutes that I had one minute left. I managed the situation well, but it is certainly worth noting.

Email application followed by informal phone call chat, a teams interview then a virtual all day assessment centre. The interview process was quite informal and staff were friendly. The responses from staff were quite prompt as they were looking to hire staff quite urgently.
