Interview consisted of the hiring manager stating how great the company is. Pretty much just sit back and listen and then be warned about the ridiculous SHL online exam that comes next. For those that do not know, SHL online exams are silly pseudoscientific psychometric examinations that test you on numerical reasoning and multitasking. The multitasking segment was outrageously frustrating as this had absolutely nothing to do with the actual job itself. SHL is a cheap, lazy, outdated method for Human Resources to weed out potential candidates with ridiculous test formatting. You would expect a growing company such as Veracity Research to use standardized written exams instead of irritating, low budget candidate filtration systems such as SHL testing as their next step. If you find that any employer is using SHL or similar psychometric pre-employment testing, run and do not look back! Trust me on this and do your own research on others' experiences with SHL exams. Lesson learned!

Pretty quick and straightforward with a scenario based question. The hiring manager was professional and gave good insight on the company, position, and his background. Provided me with clear understanding of what the steps moving forward would be if selected.
