firstly we'll be shortlisted on the basis of Elitmus score.once we are shortlisted then they will conduct further evaluation in their office itself.Interview was conducted in Hyderabad in there company. Around 15 members attended with me on that day.

3 round Process:
written test: It is quite easy as we'll find most questions as basic ones(Note:shortlisting criteria will be low around 1:5).
Technical round : Interviewer was very friendly and some basic programs were asked(fibonacci,one sorting and time complexity of it and some definitions were asked) and Questions related to Database(Like construct a Normalized form of a given table)
HR: It was not in there shedule but they conducted in my case.General questions and some mind teasing questions were asked( Depends on Resume).
