part of the interview was technical and another part was focusing on personal competencies. overall HR and line managers in Veolia are respectful and value and time of candidates.
It was a mature process and discussed all corners of a key account management comptencies.

In one word I would describe it as streamline. There were 2 rounds of interview post phone vetting. Management/interviewers were very comfortable to deal with. It wasn’t the typical tick box interview process, they want to have a conversation and are coherent that they want a good cultural fit.
