A long phone interview followed by interview in head office. Didnt hear from them for 15 days and received an automatic reply for being unsuccessful. This is how personalised the process is. I found it unprofessional. The role also appeared to be a lot more junior the advertised.

This was a very disorganized process. I went through a phone screen with an interviewer thar didn't ask many questions but said that I was "perfect" for the job. I sent a couple of emails, but never heard back. Two months later the position was still open. I reapplied and got a text message to respond ASAP, if interested. I did and did get an interview a week later. Two months later, I reached out and they still and hadn't hired anyone. The ad is still up. This position has to have been open for near 7 months. Also, one of the several interviewers present for the interview was quite argumentative. I could not believe that the interviewer actually said, " We don't need any drama. We just need someone to keep their head down and work"
