      After I sent my application, I immediately received an invite for a one-way video interview and the promise they would circle back to me after checking it. I recorded the video interview despite considering it a poor practise. It's been over a month now and I am still waiting for an update, without the possibility to reach out to anyone because they never shared any contact detail. I was also prompted to pay attention to the quality of my audio and lighting, while the videos from the talent aquisition team at VEO were of extreme poor quality, which is ironic considering the product they sell, and tells you everything you need to know about the consideration they have for the candidates.
