I applied for the Job of Laravel PHP Dev on Job Portal. I got a Interview call and attended the interview at Pune Office. Interviewer works from Mumbai office so it was Skype call. Head office is in Canada and it seems all business is in USA. It was a one hour interview and the process of getting a offer was completed in one day. The interview process is smooth, friendly, with common sense & fast. Quick HR round by Manager. He allowed me to ask all sort of questions on company, Business, Benefits, etc. He asked me about my technology reading habits, practical challenges I overcome in PHP development and implementation, New Tech Trends, My Learning Aspirations, etc....I appreciate this interaction with him, with HR and with Interviewer Dev. Post HR Round Technical interview was conducted. It was quite good but tough. Lot of practical scenario driven questions were asked. The company expects all senior candidates to work independently with North American Client Leads. The office is in large independent Bungalow in prime area of Pune, located in a quite area with lot of green cover, very clean, with huge parking and spacious. Good People but proposed salary hike over my previous CTC was just a modest 20% so I did not join and rejected the quick offer. Probably they are conservative due to Covid Time Being rejected the offer of 20% hike. It was very low for me. I will wait for another month. Fingers crossed. Hope they will come up with revised offer.

First I got a call from HR to confirm the exact position applied for and my correct skill set. They sent me one information form. Due to Covid the full interview process is online. I liked the 100% online process for speed, common sense approach and ease Then I got a skype invite at appointed time from a Sr Dev to test my Dev Skills. This followed by Admin Call for Salary Details. All three interviews done online with 10-20 min each saving my time and hassles. After 12 Hours got a offer which I am considering positively in view of the friendly team members and high quality Global Projects.
