The interview and hiring process was quick and efficient. There was an initial 30 minute phone call with one of the founders, I then had another similar call the same day with the senior consultant (who went on to be my mentor). After those calls I was invited in for a face to face which lasted around 2 hours where I met both founders and a few of the team! Was a very interactive and challenging process but I very much enjoyed it. They made me feel extremely welcome and comfortable in the interview. They also kept me updated constantly throughout and once I had accepted, before starting.
