I had my first round of online interview with the HR Executive and probably the Manager. I was then scheduled a second round of interview at their office, which was delayed for 20 minutes. The first thing that the company secretary asked was “Did you wait long ?”, and no apologies. To start off the interview, she asked the same questions that were asked during my first interview. Then she asked why I did not provide character reference, which I explained and said I could provide contacts of people whom I worked with in my previous employment. But ultimately, they wanted reference of my direct superior of related jobs. She also asked what is my minimum acceptable salary, which I said at least what I am taking now. She said “But do you know many companies are not giving bonus now?”. In summary, this company is just a total waste of time.
