The interview itself was fine, not overly formal. However, the issue came afterwards – complete silence. No follow-up, no feedback, not even a simple rejection email. Candidates invest time to prepare, research, and present themselves well, yet the company doesn’t take one minute to show basic courtesy after the interview. It’s unprofessional and leaves a poor impression of how they value people’s time.
