The recruiter was awesome. Gave great detailed of job description and was passionate about her job. Had a great conversation. Setup phone screen with Operations Manager which was awesome really made me feel like the company was a great opportunity for me. The same day recruiter called back to follow up on phone screen told me good news that wanted to schedule me for an in person interview. The interview at the Birmingham was great. The whole staff asked great questions and I was able ask questions to. I really felt like the place was a great family type environment which sold the deal of a great place to work for. I would say couple days went by and was offered the job and I accepted it. Overall the whole process was great I would recommend Ventura Foods to anybody that's looking for career with a organization that makes you feel at home.
