Interview process was lengthy but thorough and far from diffcult. They interview for AE's in a "backwards" manner, meaning I first met with a VP of sales, then the CRO and then the hiring managers. The VP and the CRO both seemed like very good, hardworking and driven people who were both really engaged - the hiring managers were most cold, less inviting and not necessarily people I'd like to work under. The interview process with them made it feel like they had better places to be.
