It is made up of 2 or 3 sit down interviews surrounding questions such as 'Why Recruitment?' and 'Why Venn?' and 'What do you think it takes to be good at Recruitment?'. If you pass these this is then followed by some time on the desk making cold calls to see how you handle yourself.

Straight forward interview process consisting of three rounds. The first two were standard format followed by a third being a two day trial in the office. Over the course of the process I met with a mixture of Senior Recruiters, Managers and the Regional Director.

8 stage interview, it was very long, a bit excessive! Phone screening followed by a phone interview, then 3 face to face meetings, followed by a few role plays, having a go on the desk, then was taken out for a drink before being offered the position

I was approached by a recruitment agency and was put foward for a face to face interview with my senior manager, and then the associate director. I was then put forward for a trail day.
