Venatrix ring you up and give you a phone interview, based on that you are then scheduled for their assessment day. This is sold as a full day of group exercises and interviews then a networking lunch and one on one presentation. In reality, it's not that at all. They only do the twenty or so graduates for one half then pick nine to go onto the lunch and one to one interviews. This is never stated in their communication. The exercises and group assessments are very basic and the calibre of candidates reflects their screening practices. Think twice about attending this day, it is sold as something that it is not.
