The interview process was 2+ months and they did not communicate well. To be named as one of the best places to work, I was very disappointed to go through so many interviews and receive no feedback and to be ghosted with no responses. The company seemed like a great place to work and they spoke highly of their culture only to fail to follow up that seemed very cold. Remember that those who are unemployed are hoping and waiting to hear back from you. We prepare for interviews and put all our hope and energy into them, so please have the courtesy to respond even if its a simple automated email. Everyone was once a candidate.
