The process was straightforward, although the hiring manager seemed to be let go at the beginning of the interview process. After that, it was a conversation with the interim lead (Head of Finance), a Strategy person, and the CEO Founder. After being told I was going to move to the final round, they decided to 'go in a different direction'.
