I had 30min video screening call with a recruiter who was very informal - wearing a sweatshirt and baseball hat. They kept getting the details of my previous work experience wrong because they were looking at my LinkedIn profile incorrectly (not sure how the information was being skipped over in my work history). I sent a follow-up message with content and never heard back. Followed up on that message and never heard from them again.
