Was a basic 30 minute phone interview. It was more of a get to know you interview for personality fit for role of Sr Project Manager. Friendly and wanted to know if I had any questions.

Several rounds, which included a candidate exercise. They were very interested in the personality and cultural fit, along with technical skills and experience. Overall the process was well organized and I enjoyed the experience.

What are the trends influencing pharmaceutical organisations?
Not bad, 2 technical rounds followed by manager round. HR will call to make final salary negotiations. Mostly the salary is on par with market. You need good negotiation skills to get good package
