I had multiple calls with different individuals and a presentation. For the presentation, I had to provide a working demo with minimal guidance making my demo a shot in the dark. They give me a week to prepare and an hour to present. I spent about 20 hours creating a kickoff deck and product demo. For the presentation, I was quite surprised when 9 interviewers joined the call when I was told a few would join. They asked questions throughout the demo. No feedback was provided on what I could have done better. Bottom line, if you don't know SFDC like the back of your hand don't waste your time. Cross your fingers!

Interview process was very time consuming. Had multiple interviews with people on the team and in the last round had to build a page on salesforce and give a presentation.

Interviewer was an HR rep from Veeva. Phone screen/first interview. Unremarkable in her candor, kept it high level. Talked about herself and her experience and then just stepped through job history, and pumped Veeva as HR reps do.

Work history was the longest topic of convo. Be prepared to explain why you left each role. Be also prepared to painstakingly recall your undergraduate work and all roles on resume.
Why are you looking? What do you like about Veeva? How did you hear about Veeva? etc. All standard HR questions.

Veeva has a very in-depth and lengthy interview process, but this is how they ensure they are getting only the very best employees in the door. I felt this process was a great way to ensure that I was a good fit for Veeva and that Veeva was a good fit for me. I was not just looking for another job, I was looking for the right career and a company to stick with.
