Me postulé a través de un reclutador. El proceso tomó 3 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Veeva Systems (New York, NY) en nov 2021
Entrevista
I was reached out through WayUp. I passed the initial interview and moved to the group interview. The second interview was divided by 3 interviewers, first a group one, then a technical interview with a proctor and finally a behavioral interview with the hiring manager. Everyone was nice, although the technical part felt difficult. I would say that if English is not your first language and you have little understanding of any type of disease do not assume and google or ask people, so you don't sound silly. For instance, in the group interview I assumed diabetes was not related to an organization that treats diabetes because I did know what diabetes was. During the group interview, you will see all other applicants, and two interviewers will see you, while in mute and their camera off. It is intimidating at first, but then you forget they are there.

Terrible. Lengthy. Unreasonable questions and felt like an interrogation. Multi-step process to get little to no feedback on why I was not given an offer. Included a group interview which was basically pointless.

The Veeva Systems interview process starts with an initial phone screen to assess your skills and motivation. Next is a technical interview or case study focusing on data analysis using SQL and Excel. Successful candidates move to a panel interview for problem-solving and cultural fit assessment.

Why did you choose to study your undergraduate major?
4 interviews within 2 weeks. The interviews themselves weren't too stressful, my interviewers were all very personable. The hardest one was the group case interview where we had to work together to solve a budgeting case.
