Long but thorough interview process: 6 interviews in which I met 6 different employees. Interviews were all in English (French people be prepared!) - 30 min HR interview to find out about the job and the graduate program as well as to get to know more about Veeva. Definitely do your research before the interview and prepare questions like « Why Veeva? Why Software? Why life sciences? ». - 60 min case presentation of a Salesforce environment that you have to configure beforehand based on a business case. I spent 50+ hours preparing the case but you can spend more or less than that based on your SF experience. There is a jury of 3 employees and they will ask tricky questions. - 90 min interview with a manager, who basically goes through your resume and ask questions on yourself, your past experiences, your motivations etc. During this interview you also learn more about the grad program and the opportunities after. - 60 min interview with the graduate program director which is based in the US. - 60 min informal interview with a current Associate Consultant (very interesting interview where you can ask all of your « informal » questions) - 30 min informal interview with a VP (also a very interesting interview where you can ask any question you want)
