Phone screen with HR asking logistics questions, and then was given a case study. Case study doesn't require any prior technical knowledge, but the exercise is different based on which team you're interviewing for. I presented my solution before a panel of other Associate Consultants and a Practice Manager, who asked many solution-specific questions. Some of the questions required a little more thinking, but afterward, I was told that they were really looking for the process that I took in trying to get to an answer, instead of an immediate solution. I then had two more rounds of culture interviews, one with a Practice Manager and then the VP of Commercial Services before receiving my offer.
