Basically what everyone said. Terrible company with an extremely disorganized interview process. I applied as a fresh grad for the AC role, and received an interview invitation a few days later. Everything went well in the first stage. I then talked to the hiring manager, and the communication was smooth. I completed the candidate exercise in a week’s time, putting in 40 hours of work.I passed the candidate exercise with the comment from the manager that it was one of the best presentations he has seen. I thought it was going well, UNTIL I started talking to the other hiring manager. Clearly there was no communication at all between the managers because she asked me to send her my presentation and said she hasn’t communicated with the other manager. So what was the point of me doing it in the first place??? Then she started telling me that they were no longer looking to hire employees from my region because they have just recently hired a bunch. WOWW, you knew where I was in the first place, and now you tell me that after 3 months of interview? I must have had 6 interviews in total, in a duration of 3 months. This was such a negative experience that it tells me it’s not a company worth working for. With the unprofessional and disorganized interview process and the uncompetitive comp, I don’t think they will be able to hire good talents like other companies that actually care about the candidates.
