Standard phone screen with hiring manager. Got a rejection email a week later. They seem to be in some sort transition (tech/business?). An undergrad sophomore intern would be overqualified for the positions they advertise for senior software engineer. It could be specific to the group I interviewed with. If you want to work for them, underplay your skills, play naive.

Very basic questions, asked about what was on resume, touched on things they were doing.

First round is the hiring manager round.
Second round is the technical coding round, asked to build a basic UI component.
Questions were vague but easy. They didn’t seem very interested, which makes me think if they were actually looking to hire anyone!
had a first call with recruiter and he says his feedback is super positive but haven't get any follow up after that.
was asked about my working experience, salary expectation and a couple of basic technical questions.

Interview level is bit difficult but it is good experience.But they are offering below market standards.
I didn't joined due to the lower salary band.
