Telephone interview with an employee who was extremely rude and unprofessional. First off, they didn't even know what position I was applying for. The initial interview was far from a "friendly chat". Questions about the "Veenus mindset" and situational judgments arose to see if you are a right fit for their very small team. It seemed like the company has no structure at all. Every time I answered an open question, it seemed like the interviewer thought everything I was saying was wrong and it wasn't the answer they are looking for. Almost like a counterargument for everything, which was unnecessary, and the hiring manager called me out for sounding dishonest. Don't waste your time on a company that displays nothing but negativity to its applicants.
